Why we like it: The new Google Search Console gives you 16 months of data to work with. This is a whole lot better than the 90 days they used to offer up. But one thing you still won’t be able to do is compare year over year stats, or be able to manipulate your data in too many meaningful ways in the web app.
Enter Search Analytics for Google Sheets add-on for Chrome. Just install this thing, configure a couple settings and you will have automated backups in Google Sheets for as far back as you keep the add-on running. Super helpful for charting month over month growth, reporting, and drilling down into keyword + page data.
